Big Woodie BBQ Competition Team, Springfield MO consisits of Jim "Jimbo" Tyson and Jeff "Cheffro" White. BIg Woodie BBQ is a KCBS team and both are certified KCBS judges. Big Woodie BBQ was the first BBQ team to respond to Joplin after the devestating F5 tornado destroyed thier fine city. Operation BBQ took over a week and fed thousands of hungry victims and first responders.
